Maryland Terrapins are headed to the SWEET 16!
No. 4 seed Maryland is headed back to the Sweet 16 for the second year in a row and 10th time under head coach Brenda Frese as the Terps (23-8 overall) beat No. 12 seed Florida Gulf Coast, 89-65.
The Terps will play regional No. 1 seed Stanford in Spokane, Washington.
